Girls Lacrosse Camp

Whether beginning level, intermediate or advanced, this camp will address the needs of all levels of lacrosse players. Beginners will be introduced to the game's rules and terminology while learning the key points to offense and defense. Intermediate and advanced players can look forward to taking their game to the next level. Strategies for shooting, offensive motion, defensive techniques and team play will be addressed, as well as different strategies and tricks to further develop your stick skills. Goalies are also invited to attend! Goalies can expect to work on save technique, positioning in cage, footwork, playing the pass and much more. The camp staff will include many former players who played at the collegiate level. All girls will also be receiving speed training. Coaches from United Speed Clinic will be present to build and develop the speed and strength for each lacrosse player. Camp Director: Ashley Pepe MTHS Girls Lacrosse.
